Todd McMullen, CPA, serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer for Magnolia Trust Company.  Todd sets the vision and mission of Magnolia and works closely with its Board of Directors and leadership team to implement strategies to meet company goals. Todd oversees Magnolia’s operations and ensures clients receive best-in-class fiduciary and trust services. He has also served as a Magnolia Board Member since the company was founded and is currently a member of its Trust and IT Committees.

Todd also serves as Partner and an Executive Committee Member of Moore Colson CPAs and Advisors, Magnolia’s sister company.  Moore Colson was founded in Atlanta in 1981 and is an award-winning accounting, consulting, and advisory firm. In this role, Todd advises business owners of family-owned, privately-owned, and private equity-owned companies, as well as executives of public companies on successful business strategies and solutions. He specializes in leading strategic and succession planning initiatives for clients.

Todd received his Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Accountancy, from the University of Notre Dame. Upon graduation, he joined Coopers & Lybrand (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and served as a Business Assurance Manager until joining Moore Colson in 1993.

Todd is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Todd has served as a Board Member of the Atlanta Community Food Bank since 2017 and the Cobb Community Foundation since 2018. He was the Board Chair of the Cobb Community Foundation in 2020 and 2021.
